Rosewood Shipping and Return Policies

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING AVAILABLE
We use DGX for worldwide shipping and DHX for shipping to Hawaii. For a free quote on worldwide shipping please send us the exact items you want and your detailed address.

Quality Guarantee and Returns
:
Our quality for solid Rosewood furniture is unmatched. Even the backs and drawers are built of solid Rosewood lumber. All of our Rosewood furniture is built by the finest factories in China. We guarantee a safe delivery of your furniture. If there are damages we ask that you send us photos so we can determine the best way to correct it. If a replacement piece is required we will pay for the replacement piece but ALL shipping costs must be paid by the customer. There are no refunds allowed at all for stain variances as it is impossible to match with Rosewood's unique hardwood stain variations. Even the wood in the tree is of different color variations giving Rosewood its unique quality. We offer no additional warranties at all except the safe delivery of your furniture.

Factory and Custom Orders:
A 1/3 deposit starts the order and the balance is due when it ships from our factory. It takes approx. 4 months to complete these orders and after shipping 10 days into the Long Beach, CA. port.

Damages and Refunds
If an item is damaged in shipping we replace or repair it without question or delay. The damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the furniture. The damage should be documented if possible on the bill of lading while the shipper is still at your home. We will ship out a new item if completely damaged. If the damage is minimal we will have your local repair company repair the item and if an item cannot be repaired or replaced we refund your order in full. Refunds and credit card reversals are not given for damaged furniture while the replacement is being prepared or the repair process is underway. There are no refunds for stain variances as Rosewood is a unique tree in nature where different portions of the tree offer various shade and color differences.

Shipping Costs and Procedures

To ensure a safe delivery we only use specialty companies called "white glove" delivery services that carry the furniture into your home and place the furniture where you want it to go.

WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING RATES TO THE 48 UNITED STATES:
Purchase of 1 Item: $395.00 Delivery Cost (Note: A set of furniture like a dining set will count as 1 item)
Purchase of 2 Items: $525.00 Delivery Costs
Purchase of 3 Items: $625.00 Delivery Costs
Purchase of 4 Items $710.00 Delivery Costs

Purchase of 5 Items $765.00 Delivery Costs
6 or More Items - Call or email for a shipping quote.

Cancellations or Refuse of Delivery: We cannot cancel an order for any reason after it has been started. The reason is that the factory prepares and cuts the expensive Rosewood and it must be delivered to the intended customer. Due to high costs in building solid Rosewood furniture and shipping this heavy furniture we do not refund any charges at all for refused deliveries.

Shipper Coordination
Once the furniture is shipped we provide you the details for your shipper and you will be able to communicate directly with them. If you have problems with the shipper please let us know and we will try to assist you. Delivery schedules and other issues are outside of our direct control and cancelling an order for a refund due to a shipping problem or delay is not under our control and therefore not an option.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and other Countries
Yes, we ship to any location. Send us an email listing the items you want and we will send you back a detailed quote. NOTE: We do not ship to any country in Africa.
