WORLDWIDE SHIPPING AVAILABLE
We use DGX for worldwide shipping and DHX for shipping to Hawaii. For a free quote on worldwide shipping please send us the exact items you want and your detailed address.

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our furniture we will refund all of your original costs for the item/s.
Our quality for furniture is unmatched. There is never assembly required for our furniture because it is constructed of 100% Rosewood.
Factory and Custom Orders: A 1/3 deposit starts the order and the balance is due when it ships from our factory. It takes approx. 4 months to complete these orders and after shipping 10 days into the Long Beach, CA. port.
Damages
If an item is damaged in shipping we replace or repair it without question or delay. The damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the furniture. The damage should be documented if possible on the bill of lading while the shipper is still at your home. We will ship out a new item if completely damaged. If the damage is minimal we will have your local repair company repair the item and if an item cannot be repaired or replaced we refund your order in full. Refunds and credit card reversals are not given for damaged furniture while the replacement is being prepared or the repair process is underway.

To ensure a safe delivery we "only" use white glove services that carry the furniture into your
home and place the furniture where you want it to go.

Cancellations: For factory orders we cannot cancel an order for any reason after it has been started. The reason is that the factory prepares and cuts the expensive Rosewood and it must be delivered to the intended customer. Due to high costs in shipping furniture we do not refund any shipping charges for refused items. Please also review our damages policy below.

Shipper Coordination
Once the furniture is shipped we provide you the details for your shipper and you will be able to communicate directly with them. If you have problems with the shipper please let us know and we will try to assist you. Delivery schedules and other issues are outside of our direct control and cancelling an order for a refund due to a shipping problem or delay is not under our control and therefore not an option.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and other Countries
Yes, we ship to any location. Send us an email listing the items you want and we will send you back a detailed quote. NOTE: We do not ship to any country in Africa.
